I have posted the assignment below. With your notes and practice time with HTML, you should be able to use the Blue Griffon editor to complete this page without any problems.
WEB PAGE ASSIGNMENT
Assignment:
- You will create a one page website using Kompozer or BlueGriffon.
- You can use HTML code and the page based editor.
- You may work with up to one partner.
- You will need to use the html instructions that you have in your notes
- If you have lost them you can find some great tutorials at
- Or do a Google Search to find a plethora of other resources
- Your web page must be about something such as a topic like a sport, an art style, a school subject, food, video game, person, etc.
- You need
- a brief description of the topic,
- five facts, two pictures minimum
- link to a website that is about your topic.
- I also encourage you to add your own unique spin and creativity to the site. You can see examples of interesting things you can do with html code at
- It is ok to copy and paste the code, though you will need to edit it so that it fits your topic
- You could also add CSS to add “style” to your page
Instructions: Use Bluegriffon or Kompozer to edit and create your page. Use your notes and w3schools.com to edit the code. Blue Griffon will help you with your HTML tags, but you should have them all in your notes anyways.
